CONTROL ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAIIIBD BY THE PRESIDENT A.I{D BOARD OF IRUSIEES
oF firE vrIllGE oF BlrFFAro GROlrE, COOK COITNTY, TLLINOIS,
I{HEREAS, the Village haa annexed a parce!. of ground
lying northeasterly of and contiguoue to the ViL!.age, and
IHEREAII , said area is improved nith buildinge whlch
have for many yearS been operated as a tSvern, dance and
meetlng hall.
SECTION 6 OF THE EUFFALO GROI'E LIQUOR CONIROL ORDII{ANCB
IS HEREBY AI"IENDED AS FOIJOtfTi:
Section 6. Clagelfication-Fee and Cloelng HourE.
Liceneee issued under this Ordinance are hereby
divided into four (4) clasees, to-nit:
I Class A Licenses authorizing the retall sale
of alcoholic liquors for coner.rmption on or off
the premises.
(a) Annual fee for Class A License shaIl
be $400.00.
(b) Class A Licenses sha1l be limited ln
ntunber to one license for the firet
5,000 inhabitants and one additionallicense for each additlonal 51000
inhabitants or fraction thereof.
(c) No alcoholic liquor shal-l, be sold, given
array or offered for eal,e upon or about anypremises for which a Class A llcense hae
been iseued between the houra of I A.lt.
and 6 A.M.

the preml8es.
(a) Annr.ral fee for Class B Llcenee shall
be $375.00.
(b) Class B Licenses shall be li-nited ln

licenee for each additional 5,000
inhabitants or frac tion thereof.
(c) No alcoholic liquor ehall be sold, given
away or offered for sale upon or about
any premiees for whiph a Clase B license

tional 2,000 inhabitants or fraction thereof.
