I|HEREAS, the Village recently annexed a parcel of ground which is west of Buffalo Grove Road and south of the south llne of the old Vlllage llmits,end WHEREAS, under the law the 88id annexed area i8 automatically zoned ag "A" Resldence Distriet, and WI{EREAS , the Zonlng Cormlss lon af ter due notice and public hearing in accordance rrith the Statute, has recomended that a portion of the area annexed be classi- fied as ttBtt Local Business District, and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees hao deternined that ttre claselfication of all of said Parcel as ttAtt Regidence District would deprlve the owner of h18 right to rlake the best use of a Portion thereof' and vw WIIEREAS, after due conslderation it ls determined that it is to the beet intereet of the Village to rezone Bald portlon.
