BE IT ORDAIMD BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES 0F THE VTLIAGE OF BUFFALO GRoVE, C00K CoUNTY,
ILLINOIS.
I|HEREAS, the Village recently annexed a parcel
of ground which is west of Buffalo Grove Road and south
of the south llne of the old Vlllage llmits,end
WHEREAS, under the law the 88id annexed area
i8 automatically zoned ag "A" Resldence Distriet, and
WI{EREAS , the Zonlng Cormlss lon af ter due notice
and public hearing in accordance rrith the Statute, has
recomended that a portion of the area annexed be classi-
fied as ttBtt Local Business District, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees hao
deternined that ttre claselfication of all of said Parcel
as ttAtt Regidence District would deprlve the owner of
h18 right to rlake the best use of a Portion thereof' and

WIIEREAS, after due conslderation it ls determined
that it is to the beet intereet of the Village to rezone
Bald portlon.
The Compreheneive Zoning Ordinance of the Village
is aoended ae followe:
Section 1. The followin g described property
is hereby zoned ae ttB" Local Buslness classification
in accordance rrith Articl.e V of Ordtnance #0-58-16-
Coryrehens ive Zoning Ordinance
The Eaet 1550 feet (except the North 855.86
feet) of rhe }Jesr 3/4 of the S.W. L/4 of
Section 4, Township 42 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2.The Zoning l,Iap which iB a part
of said Coryreheneive Zonlng Ordinance ehall be en-
larged and changed to show the change ln eaid zonlng
