Public Notice is hereby giv-
en th a public hearing will
be hel on Thursday, June 30,
1960 the hour of 7 P.M. at
182 B falo Grove Road, Buf-
falo Grove, Illinois at which
time there will be considered
an amendment to Section 4.03
of Article IV of Ordinance
Number 0-58-16 being the
"Village of Buffalo Grove
Comprehensive Zoning Ordi-
nance"; said proposed amend-
ment will in substance pro-
vide as follows:
"A" Residence District
Section 4.03 Maximum Side
Yard -
(a) Except as hereinafter
provided in the following par-
agraph, side yards shall be
not less than six (6) feet.
(b) Where an attached
twelve (12) foot garage is con-
structed the same may en-
croach to a distance of not
more than one (1) foot into
the six (6) foot side yard
width herein above set forth;
provided that where a suffi-
cient side yard space is
available the then side yard
shall be six (6) feet notwith.
