BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
IRUSIEES 0F THE VIIJACE OF BUT'FALO GRoVE, ILLINOIS,
THAT ORDIMNCE NO. 0-59-4 IS A}IENDED TO READ AS FOLLG{S:
Section 1. The Building Conmissioner shall
receive a fee of $1,00 for each building peroit
processed by hin. The President and Board of
Trus tee6 may provide by motion or resolution for
additional compensation to be paid for inspection
services.
Sectlon 2. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and
approval according to law.
