Section 1.. Subsection H. of Section 5.2O.O7O, Licenses-cl aa a ificat iong-Feeg, is
hereby added to the vilLage of BuffaLo crove Hunicipal code to read aE follows:
H class H licenBes, authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquora in original
packages only in connection with and as part of a gift delivery service.
class H licensea shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. Delivery shal-I be either by parcel post or similar method or by
p€rsonal delivery by licengee or employeeE. If by parcel Eervice or
eimilar method, alI packagea muat be labeled requiring a Eignature
of a perEon 21 years of age or older. If by personal delivery by
Iicensee or employees, i-dentification for 21 years of age or oLder
i.s requlred as welL as signature of person accepting delivery, a
receipt and voucher system for such deliveries must be maintained,
and all delivery records must be maintained for 2 years.
2. A CLass H is a singular license in that such license will not be
issued in connection lrith any other liquor license authorized and
iseued in the ViIIage.
3. A Iicensee under this class nust meet aII vilLage zoning
requirements for the operation of a retail establishment.
4. The annual. fee for each license shall be Two Hundred Fifty DoIIars
(s2so.oo)

Section 4. A. A class H license has been reserved for Baskets with an Attitude,
Ltd. d/b/a cift Baskets with an Attitude at 352 Lexington Drive. This
reservation is subject to the applicant completing aIl vil,l,age requirementE for
said license on or before December 'l , L995. The Village Manager ehall have the
authority to extend the December 7, 1995 date for good cauge shown, and if not
so extended, this reservation shal.I cease,
B. This Section 4 shall not be codified.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and Publication. This ordinance may be published in pamphl-et
form.
