AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 5.20 LIOUOR CONTROIS
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois
Constitution of 1970.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BIIFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. Subsection D of Section 5.20.070 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
D. Class D licenses, authorizing the retail sales of
beer and wine on the specified premises, to be sold
only in the original packages and then for
consumption off the premises only. The annual fee
for each license shall be one thousand four hundred
dollars. If authorized by the Liquor Control
Commissioner and approved by the Village Board,
a Class D license may be combined with a Class A
or Class B license for an additional annual fee of
three hundred dollars above the cost of the Class A
or Class B license.
Section 2. Subsection B of Section 5.20.072 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Liquor
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Lake Cook Road, Suite 105, are subject to the following special conditions:
l. No alcoholic beverages shall be sold on the premises;
2. Hours of operation shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. only;
3. Licensee is exempt from attendarrce at Village liquor law/alcohol awareness
training seminar;
4. Written notification shall be given to the Village Police Department before
any testing or serving of alcoholic beverages. Said notice to include testing
plan and product;
5. Transportation will be provided to any tester who requests it or who
appears to be incapable of safely operathg a motor vehicle.
B. This Section 3 shall not be codified.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and approval'
