WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove ("Village") is a Home Rule Unit pursuant
to the lllinois Constitution of l97O; and
WHEREAS the Village desires to purchase certain property commonly
described as llOO W Lake Cook Road, Buffalo Crove, lllinois ("Property") pursuant to an
Agreement of Purchase and Sale ('PSA') by and between BC IIOO L.L.C. ("Seller"),
attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS the Village deems it necessary to approve and authorize the
execution of the PSA; and
WHEREAS Village and Seller have negotiated mutually agreeable terms, as
more fully set forth in the PSA for the purchase of the Property.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION l. The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated and made a part of
th is Ordinance.
SECTION 2. The Village President is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the attached PSA pending final review and approval by the Village Attorney.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval. This Ordinance shall not be codified

hereby authorized to take such further actions as are necessary to carry out the intent
and purpose of this Ordinance and of the attached PSA
