A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2026 PAY
RANGES FOR VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove is a home rule unit pursuant to the
lllinois Constitution of l97O; and
WHEREAS on Decemberl, 2025, the Village President and Board of Trustees
adopted the Village of Buffalo Crove's fiscalyear 2026 budget; and
WHEREAS within the fiscal year 2026 budget a general wage increase of 3
percent was programmed for all non-represented employees on January 1, 2026; and
WHEREAS the 2C26 pay ranges have been modifled so that they are more
accurately aligned with both the internal and external labor market.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION 2. The2026Pa y Ranges will become effective January1,2026
SECTTON 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
