A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADOPTION
OF AMENDMENTS TO THE PERSONNEL
MANUAL
WHEREAS on June ]8, 1984, the Buffalo Crove Board of Trustees adopted
personnel policies and procedures by Resolution No.84-43 and amended same in
1988, 1990, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1998,2000,2001,2003,200s,2CC6,2007,2009,2011,2012,
2013, 2O1e, 2023, July 2025; and
NOW THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION l. The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated and made a
part of this Resolution as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2. The Village of Buffalo Crove does hereby approve the adoption of
amendments to the personnel manual revised January l, 2026 for Village of Buffalo
Crove employees (attached).

WHEREAS in order to reflect current trends in human resources
administration, occasional amendments to the Personnel Manual are necessary.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
