AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
STATEM ENT OF WORK WITH MUNICIPAL
GIS PARTNERS
WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove seeks to improve its business
processes; and
WHEREAS the Village negotiated with the vendor to achieve favorable
pricing.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION l. The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated and made a
part of this Ordinance as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2. The Village Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with
Municipal CIS Partners for supplemental services specific to business application
configuration, development, and maintenance at a price not to exceed $88,8oo.0o,
pending review and approval of the agreement by the Village Attorney.
SECTION 3. lf any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Ordinance shall be
held invalid, the invaiidity thereof shall not affect any other provision of this
Ord ina nce.
SE N 4. This Ordinance shall be in ful force and effect from and after its passage
and approval and shall not be codified
