AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.2O
LTQUOR CONTROLS
WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the
lllinois Constitution of ,l97O.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION L Section 5.20.,130 of the Village of Buffalo Crove Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.2O,I3O Licenses authorized.
Subsection A. of Section 5.20.130 of the Village of Buffalo Crove Municipal Code is
hereby amended with deletions in strikethreugh and additions in underline text
so that Subsection A. of Section 5.2O.13O shall provide as follows.
