CALL TO ORDER
In attendance: Paulette Greenberg (PG), Ed Muldoon (EM), Jackie Beegun (JB), David
Bergman (DB), Jane Primack (JP), Larry King (LK), Mindy Lazor (ML), Greg Sauser
(GS), Steve McClelland (SM), Maanasha (M), Sophia Safonoria (SS), and Joanne
Johnson (JJ).

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Approval of Minutes: JP made a motion to approve, DB 2nd. Minutes approved
unanimously.
MUSHROOM FARM DISCUSSION
Mushroom Farm discussion: EM and PG were invited to the Vendor’s farm for a tour to
see the process of mushroom processing. It was very educational. Not only do
they produce mushrooms, they also have products made from the mushrooms.
DISCUSSION OF FOOD VENDORS
1. 20+ vendors have sent in their applications and have been approved. EM will
send out another round of emails to remind the rest of the vendors to submit their
applications. ML will reach out to Green Cuisine to confirm if they are returning for
2025.
2. New additional Coffee vendor – hot coffee and tea
DISCUSSION OF OTHER VENDORS
1. Musical Entertainment – All weeks have been booked.
2. Business of the Week: LK awaiting applications to come in. Has received several
i.e.: Health Dept, both libraries, Jane waiting for Dignity.com
3. Not for Profit: Gardening person, Police will be there 1/per month
