Meeting Location: Village Hall: 50 Raupp Blvd. Trustee Conference Room - Main Level
In attendance: Paulette Greenberg (PG), Ed Muldoon (EM), Jackie Beegun (JB), Dave Bergman (DB), Jane
Primack (JP), Larry King (LK), Mindy Lazor (ML), Greg Sauser (GS), Beth Nudelman (BN), Steve
McClelland (SM), Manisha (M), Raj (R), and Joanne Johnson (JJ).
Call to Order: 7:04
Approval of Minutes: JP made a motion to approve, DB 2nd. Minutes approved unanimously
Discussion of Previous Vendors –
• All vendors will need a minimum of 30-35# weights at each corner of their tents, more is recommended
Names of Possible New Vendors to Invite:
• Awaiting Geneva Lakes decision if he plans to return
• Several potential vendors have reached out. Applications will be sent and then the committee will vote
on them
Summary of Musical Entertainment – any we do or do not want to invite back:
• Several vendors were discussed. JB has already received requests for this season
• Jazzman Jeff is coming back
• Playing time: 9:30 – 12. Motion to approve – BN, DB – 2nd - Motion approve
Summary of Non-Profits:
• Several vendors were discussed. Discussed allowing only 2 NFPs per week with a max of 3 appearances
per season
• Garden consultant wants to do seed demos. Will get more info and determine # of appearances
• Health Department considering tent to increase blood donation appointments
Business of the Week (BOW):
• 1 per week.
• Dignity. Com requested space - Motion to approve – ML, JB 2nd Approved
Continue Weekly Food Drive:
• All in agreement
July back to school drive:
• All in agreement
End of season appreciation vendor lunch:
• All in agreement
Order new village logo shirts? – Not currently – Greg to follow up with Village re: new logo
Open Floor:
• GS confirmed we will be back in the original space for the market
• Dates for 2025: June 15th to October 12th (Minus BG days Aug 31st) – 17 weeks
• Discussed selling BGFM Tee-Shirts. PG will discuss with Molly from the Village
• Pumpkin decorating was a huge hit – will do again
• Possibly setting up chalkboard near entertainment to identify the entertainer
• ML has made suggestions for giveaways for this year- will ask Donna and decide at next meeting
