Discussed day of event. Set up of multiple food tables versus two large ones. This will limit
the number of people at just two food service locations.
Kate to reach out about photo booth company that we had at the Spring Fling. Wil see if
they can set up a digital photo booth. The rotary to provide a photographer.
Mark provided an update on banners being made to acknowledge our sponsors and hosts.
Kate to bring party decorations and set up entrance for a more festive atmosphere.
Beth to speak at the beginnings with Rotary to welcome all.
Security was discussed and the importance of watching for any unattended participants.
Bowlero to provide arcade cards to players for free.
Chick Fil A to provide coupons.
