AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TRUE NORTH
CONSULTANTS FOR HAZARDOUS
MATERIALS SURVEY AND SOIL
ASSESSMENT SERVICES

WHEREAS the Village sought out companies qualified to provide the requested
services and materials; and
WHEREAS the Village engaged in a competitive procurement process to obtain the
best value for money.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION 2. The Village Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with True
North Consultants for the Hazardous Materials Survey and Soil Assessment Services
for Station 25 in an amount not to exceed $5,460.00, pending review and approval by
the Village Attorney.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval and shall not be codified.

WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove is a home rule unit pursuant to the
lllinois Constitution of l97O; and
SECTION I. The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated and made a
part of this Ordinance as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 3. lf anysection, paragraph, clause or provision of this Ordinance shall be
held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not affect any other provision of this
Ordinance.
