AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF ONE HURCO VAC3OO -
HYDRO EXCAVATOR WITH VALVE
EXERCISER FROM MACQUEEN EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove is a home rule unit pursuant to the
lllinois Constitution of l97O; and
WHEREAS the Village sought proposals from companies qualified to furnish
the requested equipment; and
WHEREAS the Village engaged in a negotiation process to obtain the best
va lue for money.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION I. The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated and made a
part of this Ordina nce as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2. The Village Manager is authorized to purchase one (l) Hurco VAC3OO -
Hydro Excavator with Valve Exerciser from MacQueen Equlpment, in an amount not
to exceed $86,870.00, subject to review and approve by the Village Attorney.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in fullforce and effect from and after its passage
and approval and shall not be codified.
