A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE AGREEMENT RELATED TO THE
RE]'4ODELING 0F THE L0I{ER LEVEL 0F THE VILLAGE HALL
I,IHEREAS, the Village Board desires to implement the remodeling of
the lower level of the Village Hall in order to provide facilities needed
to efficiently deliver certain municipal services; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement for architectural services is required in
order to proceed with the Village Hall lower level remodeling;
N0l'I, THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVED by the Village President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Buffaio Grove, Cook and Lake Counties,
Illinois as follows:
l. The architectural service agreement between the Village of
Buffalo Grove and Systems Design Group, Ltd. dated
August l, 1988 is hereby approved.
2. The Village President is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said architectural service agreement. A copy of
said architectural service agreement is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
