RESOLUTION NO. 88- 37
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONVEYANCE OF
REAL PROPERTY TO BUFFALO GROVE PARK DISTRICT(Lots 9000, 9001 and 9002 in Buffalo crove Corunons Unit one
and Lots 9003, 9005 and 9006 in Buffalo Grove Commons Unit Two
WBEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is the owner of
certain parcels of real property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
vIHEREAS, the Village has no immediate use for said real
property; and
WIIEREAS, the corporate authorities deem it to be in the
public interest to have said property put to public use by
deeding same to the Buffalo crove Park District and their
successors in office for the uae and benefit of the public; and
WtsEREAS, the transferee municipality has by ordinance
declared that it is necessary or convenient for it to use, occupy
or improve said real estatei
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE PRESIDENT and BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF TEE VILLAGE OF BUFT'ALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLTNOIS:
Pursuant to the authority granted to
l,lunicipal i t i es in Chapter 30, Sections 156 to 158(a) of the
Illinois Revised Statutes, the President and Clerk of the Village
of Buffalo crove are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said deed, to the Buffalo Grove Park DisLrict and their
successors in office for the use and benefit of the public, a
copy of which deed is attached as Exhibit "0";
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in fuII force and
effect from and after its passage by two-thirds of the trustees
then holding office.
