HEIGHTS ROAD AND DUNDEE ROAD INTERSECTION IT{PROVEI,{ENT
$IEEREAS, The Village Board desires to accomodate the
implementation of the Arlington Eeights Road and Dundee Road
Intersection Improvement i and,
WHEREAS, the transfer of certain Village property rights to
the state of Illinois is required in order to proceed with the
Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road Intersection Improvementi
Now, TIIEREFoRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the village President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake
counties, Illinois, as follows:
1. The Assignnent of Permanent Easement for Parcel Number
0008-PE for the Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road
Intersection Improvement (State Job No. R-90-010-86) is
hereby approved.
2. The village President and village CIerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Assignment, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

WHEREAS, the village of BuffaLo crove, an I]linois Municipal
Corporation received a permanent Easement, over certain real
property (which is hereinafter legaIIy described) by means of a
PIat of Dedication dated June 13, 1986 and recorded in the
Cook County Recorders Office as document number g6-425147 on
September 19, 1986.
NOW, EHEREFORE, the Assignor, the Village of Buffalo Grove,
a municipal corporation of fllinois pursuant to the authority of
Paragraph 158A, Chapter 30, of the Illinois Revised €tatutes and
iir conformity with the aut.hority given by the legislative body of
said rnunicipal corporation, by resolution adopted by a two-thirds
majority at a neeting duly held on the 27th day of Apr.il
