OOOS-PE FOR THE ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD AND DUNDEE ROAD INTERSECTION IT{PROVEI,{ENT $IEEREAS, The Village Board desires to accomodate the implementation of the Arlington Eeights Road and Dundee Road Intersection Improvement i and, WHEREAS, the transfer of certain Village property rights to the state of Illinois is required in order to proceed with the Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road Intersection Improvementi Now, TIIEREFoRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake counties, Illinois, as follows: 1. The Assignnent of Permanent Easement for Parcel Number 0008-PE for the Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road Intersection Improvement (State Job No. R-90-010-86) is hereby approved. 2. The village President and village CIerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Assignment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
