OOOT-PE FOR THE ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD AND DUNDEE ROAD INTERSECTION ]!,TPROVE}IENT WEEREAS, The Village Board desires to accomodate the implementation of the Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road Intersection Improvenent i and , WHEREAS, the transfer of certain Village property rights to the State of Illinois is required in order to proceed with the Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road Intersection Improvenent; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the ViIIage President and Board of Trustees of the village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, as follows: I. The Assignment of Permanent Easement for Parcel Number 0007-PE for the Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road Intersection Inprovement (State Job No. R-90-010-86) is hereby approved. 2.
