I,IHEREAS, a roadr{ay grant from Commonwealth Edison is required to
permit the construction and maintenance of Thompson Boulevard and other
improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the Village is required to approve the required grant
of publ ic roadway,
NO}{, THEREF0RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinojs,
that the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the grant for public roadway of which said agreement
