Rt.83 between Buffalo Grove Road and Ar1 ington Heights Road; and, WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding with the Illinois Department of Transportation is a prerequisite for proceeding with a currentl.y funded project which wiil build the initial phase of the required inprovements on this section of Il. Rt. 83; and, WHEREAS, the Illinois Department of Transportation has proposed a draft Letter of Understanding and is agreeable to making five (5) changes which were requested on behalf of the Village b.y its staff; N0l.l, THEREF0RE, BE IT RES0LVED by the Village president and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois as fol I ows: I.
