1986-03-03 - Resolution 1986-15 - ACCEPTING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ADJACENT TO RAUPP BLVDz*r-].J Resolution No. 86- 15 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ADJACENT TO RAUPP BOULEVARD WHEREAS' an easement on property owned by the Buffaro Grove paik District is required to construct, operate and maintain a needed sanitary relief sewer and other sewerage facilities; and, I,THEREAS, the Buffalo Grove park District accepted the agreement required to provide the needed easenent through their resolution g6-2-l dated February 10, 1986, NO!{, THEREF0RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the vilrage president and Board of rrustees of the village of Buffalo Grove, cook and Lake counties, Illinois as fo l I ows: l. The agreement entitled, r,Easement Agreement,, is hereby approved.2- The village President is hereby authorized and directed to sign the agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
