THE ARLINGTON HEiGHTS ROAD AND DUNDEE ROAD INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees desire to
proceed with the Ar1 ington Heights Road and Dundee Road Intersection
Improvement; and,
}IHEREAS, an agreement with a qualified right-of-wa.y acquisition
negotiator is necessar_y to proceed with the acquisition of needed
right-of-way for the pro.j ec t i

of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois

agreement for the Village. A copy of said agreement is attached
