WIIEREAS, the Vlllage deairea to ioprove traffic safety by causing
trafflc slgnals to be lnstaLled and operated at the lntersectlon of Lake-Cook
Road and LexlngtoD Drlve;
NOW, IBEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Presldent and Board of
Truatees of the Vlllage of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Countles, I1llnol8 ag

1. The Letter Agreeoent proposed by the Cook County Hlghrray
Departnent dated August 23, L985 i.s hereby approved.
2. The Vi.llage Presldent ls hereby authorlzed and dlrected to
execute the Letter Agreenent on behalf of the Vlllage. A
copy of sald Letter Agreement la attached hereto and nade a
part hereof.
