A sewer rehabllltatlon program shall be lnstituted to the extent not already completed, by the Vl1lage of Buffalo Grovefor the correctlon of exlstlng deflclencles ln order to achLeve coopliance wlth Federal EPA grant requirenents and MSD requlrements: The V11lage has authorized and dlrected the formula-tlon of the requlred prograns to carry out the lntent of thlssectLon. The Vlllage lntends to proceed lrith these cost effectlve prograns upon recelpt of adequate grant funding assistance from the State or Federal Government or other grant sources. SECTION 2.
