I^IHEREAS, the Happ farm II development ls bounded by the Village of
Buffalo Grove on both tts north and east property Ilnes; and,
I.IHBREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove has an obl-lgatlon to be con-
cerned over the developnent of thls property for the protectlon of our
own resldents I and,
I,IHEREAS, the Vlllage of Buffalo crove is concerned that thls develop-
nent w111 have a serlous negative lmpact on traffic 1n the area; and,
WITEREAS, the denslry and bulldlng helghr proposed in this develop-
Eent 1s out of character with the area and incompatible wlth much of the
adJacent developEent; and,
WHEREAS, the Vl11age of Buffalo crove has been correspondlflg rrlth the
Vlllage of Arllngton Itelghts regardlng our concerns since August of 19g4.
NOW, TEERETORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TU3 PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES

SECTIoN L. In order to reduce negatlve lEpacts on Buffalo Grove resl_
dents rrhLle respectlng lhe deslres of the Village of Arllngton Hetghts, Lhe
vllLage of Buffalo crove strongly recormends that the overall resldential
denslty not exceed seven Q)unlta per acre.
SECTION 2, In order to reduce ne Bative impacts on Buffalo crove resi-
dents, and reduce traffic impacts on adjacent hLghways while maintalning
the economic vlability of the property, the village of Buffalo crove strong-

storles.
