1984-07-02 - Resolution 1984-45 - ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATIVE POLICE SERVICES BTWN VBG AND TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT #214RESOLUTTON NO. 84-45 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR COOPERATIVE POLICE SERVICES BETWEEN THN VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE AND TOWNSHIP HIGll SCHOOL DISTRICT /1214 I{HEREAS, it has been determined by the corporate authorities of the Village of Buffalo crove and of High School Distrlct *?14. respectively, that a contract for cooperative Police services is in the best interests of the comunity, and WHEREAS, the Presideflt and Board of Trustees of the Village of BuffaLo Crove desire to share servicea with High School Distrlcr #2L4 as provided in Article VII, Section 10 of the Constitution of the State of Illinols of 1979; NOW, TITEREFORE, BE 1? RISOLVED by the President and Board of Truatees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illtnois, that the Village President and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract for Cooperative Pollce Services between the Village and High School District lt2L4, copy of said contract is attached and nade a part hereof. NOW, THIREFORE, the parties agree as follows: Section 1: Beginning on August 27, 1984, and contj-nuing for each day school session until June 7, 1985, a Police Officer acceptable to the Board's tive shall be assigned to the Buffalo Grove High School from 7:35 A.M. 1S LN representa- to 2: 50 P.11. Should the Board becorne dissatisfied rdith the perforoance of services by the assigoed Police Counselor, the representatives of Buffalo Grove and representatives of the Board shall work together to ensure the assignEenE of a replacement.
