A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FOR NEGOTIATION SERVICES FOR PROPERTY
ACQUISITION FOR THE BUFFALO GROVE ROAD (LAKE-COOK ROAD TO DUNDEE ROAD)

WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Grove desire to have the Buffalo Grove Road (Lake-Cook
Road to Dundee Road) Street Improvement implemented; and,
WHEREAS, the approval of an agreement for property acquisition
negotiating services is required in order to proceed with the implementation
of the improvement;
NOW, THEREF0RE, BE IT RES0LVED by the Village president and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Ijljnois
that the agreement for negotiating services entitled, ,'proposal for
Negotiation Services" is accepted and that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the agreement. A copy of said agreement
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
