WHEREAS the Village seeks to approve the plat of Easement with theproperty owner of Saint Mary's Church at SO N. Buffalo Crove Road.
Now THEREFoRE BE tr oRDAINED by the president and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, as follows:
sEcrl9N l. The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated and made apart of this Ordinance as if fully set forth herein.
sEcrloN 2. The Village President is authorized to execute a plat of Easement with
the property owner of saint Mary's Church at 50 Buffalo crove Road, across parcels,]533303OO], l5333OOl04, and O3O4tOOOOtOOOO.
sEcrloN 3. lf any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this ordinance shall be
held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not affect any other provision of this
Ordinance.
