A RESOLUTION APPROVTNG THE REVISED
2025 PAY RANGES FOR VILLAGE OF
BUFFALO GROVE EMPLOYEES

WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo crove is a home rure unit pursuant to thelllinois Constitution of 1970; and
WHEREAS on December 2,2024, the vilrage president and Board of rrusteesadopted the Village of Buffalo Crove's fiscal year 2025 budget; and
wHEREAS on December 2,2024, the Village president and Board of rrusteesadopted the 2025 pay ranges; and
WHEREAS the 2O2S pay ranges have been revised so that they are moreaccurately aligned with both internal and external labor market.
Now THEREFoRE BE tr RESoLVED by the president and Board of Trustees oftheVillage of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
sEcrlgNl, The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated and made apart of this Resolution as if fully set forth herein.
SEcrloN 2. The Village of B-uffa lo crove does hereby approve the revised 2o2s pay
Ranges for the Village of Buffalo Crove Employees (attached).
sEcrloN 3' This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passageand approval.
