PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo
Grove Plan Commission on Wednesday, December 15, 1999 at 7:30 P.M. in the
Council Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo
Grove, IL to discuss the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for amendment of a Planned Unit
Development (P.U.D.) and approval of a Preliminary Plan in the B-5 Town Center
Planned District (Commercial sub-district).
The petitioner proposes to construct a retail building of approximately 7,636 square
feet.

SUBJECT PROPERTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 2 of the Walgreens Buffalo Grove
Resubdivision, being a subdivision of parts of the southwest quarter of Section 33,
Township 43 North and part of the northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 42
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake and Cook Counties,
Illinois.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 0.87-acre
parcel on the east side of Buffalo Grove north of the Walgreens store at the northeast
corner of Buffalo Grove Road and Lake Cook Road.
Documents submitted by the applicant for the public hearing concerning this petition
are on file with the Village Clerk and the Division of Planning Services, 50 Raupp
Boulevard, and may be examined by any interested persons.
