PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo
Grove Plan Commission on Wednesday, November 10, 1999 at 7:30 P.M. in the
Council Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo
Grove, IL to discuss the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use for
retail sales as an accessory use in the Industrial District with the following variation:
ZONING ORDINANCE - Section 17.48.020.C.14.a. (to allow the sale of items not
manufactured on the premises).
The petitioner proposes to establish a retail sales area of approximately 264 square
feet to sell cellular phones, pager and other wireless products and related accessories
at its customer service center of 9,400 square feet.
