PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo
Grove Plan Commission on Wednesday, July 15, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL
to discuss the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use in
the B-3 Planned Business Center District and amendment of a Planned Unit
Development for Lots 2 and 3 of the Seigle's Resubdivision.
The petitioner proposes to use the building on Lot 2 now occupied by Crate and
Barrel for religious worship and related social and educational uses.

subdivision of part of the southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 43 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, recorded as Document No. 2814414
in Lake County, Illinois.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 5.96-acre tract on
the east side of McHenry Road south and east of the Wendy's restaurant at 245
McHenry Road.
