Grove Plan Commission on Wednesday, April 17, 2002 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,

SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for amendment of a Planned Unit
Development (P.U.D.) and approval of a Special Use to allow a family entertainment center in
the former Cub Foods store, 350 McHenry Road, Buffalo Grove Town Center
The petitioner proposes to renovate the existing building for use as an entertainment center,
including bowling, a restaurant/lounge, laser tag, party rooms, a video game area and batting
