PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo
Grove Plan Commission on Wednesday, November 1, 2000 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove. IL to
discuss the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of an amendment of a
Special Use in the R-1 District and approval of a Preliminary Plan with the following variation:
ZONING ORDINANCE — Section 17.40.020.B. (to allow a front yard setback of 30 feet, 7
inches instead of 40 feet along Buffalo Grove Road.)
The petitioner proposes to construct an addition of approximately 16,000 square feet to the
