PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo
Grove Plan Commission on Wednesday, February 20, 2002 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL
concerning the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of two-story bay windows
for the proposed two-story townhomes with the following variations: ZONING ORDINANCE —
Section 17.20.030.H. (to allow two-story bay windows to project up to three (3) feet into certain
required yard areas as depicted on the site plan submitted for the public hearing;) Section
17.28.050.E.4.e.(iv) (to allow the distance between adjacent buildings with windows in side
walls to be less than 24 feet as depicted on the site plan submitted for the public hearing;)
The petitioner proposes to construct 53 two-story townhomes.
