Grove Plan Commission on Wednesday, December 4, 2002 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL
concerning the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for annexation with zoning in the B-3
Planned Business Center District and approval of a Preliminary Plan with the following
variation: ZONING ORDINANCE— Section 17.16.060 (to allow an area of 1.88 acres for a B-3
District instead of five (5) acres).
The petitioner proposes to construct a restaurant of approximately 8,600 square feet.

dimensions in parking structures and within buildings to be 8.5 feet in width by 18 feet in length
