PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Buffalo Plan
Commission on Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Buffalo
Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL concerning the following
matter:
SUBJECT: Consideration of amendment to the Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance, Title 17 of
the Municipal Code,to add a"Planned Development Mixed Use District."

Chambers, Buffalo Grove Municipal Building, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL
concerning the following matter:
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for annexation with zoning in the B-3
Planned Business Center District and approval of a Preliminary Plan with the following
variation: ZONING ORDINANCE— Section 17.16.060 (to allow an area of 1.88 acres for a B-3
District instead of five (5) acres).
The petitioner proposes to construct a restaurant of approximately 8,600 square feet.
