pursuant to Title 16 — Village Developoment Ordinance, with the following variations: Section
16.50.040.D. (to allow a point in the parking lot to be less than one (1) foot above the high water
line); Section 16.50.040.C.3. (to waive the requirement for underdrains in the proposed
stormwater detention area).
