NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
I PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hear-
ing will be held by the Buffalo Grove Plan Commission on
Wednesday,July 18,2007 at 7:34,P.M.in the Council Cham-_
bers,Buffalo Grove Municipal Building,50 Raupp Boule-
vard,Buffalo Grove,IL concerning the following matter:
SUBJECT:Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for ap-
proval of a Preliminary Plan for property In the B-3
Planned Business Center District and Office&Research
District and approval of special uses for a bank drive-
through facility,a restaurant drive-through facility and a
pharmacy/drugstore drive-through facility with the follow-
ing variations pursuant to the proposed Preliminary Plan:
ZONING ORDINANCE-Section 17.36.040.F.3.(to allow six
vehicle stacking spaces instead of 10 spaces for a restau-
rant customer service drive-through facility); Section
17.36.040.G.2.(to allow 4 vehicle stacking spaces per teller
or customer service area instead of 6 spaces for a bank
drive-through facility);Section 17.44.040.D.3.(to allow the
drive-through canopies for the proposed drugstore and the
proposed Retail Building"D"on the southwest tract to en-
croach 10 feet into the required 50-foot building setback
area;FENCE CODE-Section 15.20.060.B.(to allow screen
walls for trash enclosure areas to be 8 feet,6 inches in
height instead of 6 feet).
The petitioner proposes to construct a commercial center
with buildings including retail,service,restaurant,office
and hotel.uses.
