SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: 2710 Main Street, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 PUBLIC HEARING SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for variation to Sign Code, Section 14.16.010, pertaining to Residential Districts; and Section 14.16.060, pertaining to Ground Signs, for the purpose of allowing a second ground sign on the property. Said ground sign would exceed sixteen (16) square feet in area, would exceed five (5) feet in height, would not be placed flat against a building and would be located within the required building setback area.
