PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for an amendment to an annexation
agreement to allow for a Preliminary Plan Approval for a building addition with a variation of
Section 17.36.040 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance to allow an expansion of the
building without increasing the current number of on site parking spaces.

PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for variation to Sign Code, Section
14.16.010, pertaining to Residential Districts; and Section 14.16.060, pertaining to Ground
Signs, for the purpose of allowing a second ground sign on the property. Said ground sign would
exceed sixteen (16) square feet in area, would exceed five (5) feet in height, would not be
placed flat against a building and would be located within the required building setback area.
