SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for an amendment to an annexation agreement
to allow for a Preliminary Plan Approval for a building addition with a variation of Section 17.36.040 of
the Village of Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance to allow an expansion of the building without increasing
the current number of on site parking spaces.
