AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.20 LIQUOR CONTROLS
WHEREAS,the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois
Constitution of 1970.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1. Subsection D1. of Section 5.20.072 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code
is hereby amended with deletions in�lc��and additions in underline text so that
Subsection D1. of Section 5.20.072 shall provide as follows:
5.20.072 Licenses authorized.
D1. Class D1.
Licensee and d/b/a Address
1. Buchanan Energy(N), LLC 1251 McHenry Road
2. RDK Ventures LLC d/b/a Circle K 50 Lake Cook Road
3_RDK Ventures LLC d/b/a Circle K 1200 Arlington Heights Road

Section 2.
A. The Class D 1 liquor license is reserved for Buchanan Energy(N), LLC for 10 W.
Dundee Road. This reservation is subject to the applicant completing Village
requirements for said license on or before Apri130,2015. The Village Manager
shall have the authority to extend the Apri130, 2015 date for good cause shown.
If not so extended, this reservation shall cease.
B. This Section 2 shall not be codified.
Section 3.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and in effect from and after its passage and
approval.
