1978-10-09 - Resolution 1978-41 - Ammending Resoltions 78-32, 78-29, 78-30 reference coveying real property to BG Park District RESOLUTION NO. 78 41 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NUMBERS 78-32, 78-29 and 78-30 CONVEYING REAL PRO- PERTY TO THE BUFFALO GROVE PARK DISTRICT WHEREAS , the VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE did convey the following commonly described park sites to the BUFFALO GROVE PARK DISTRICT, by the following resolutions : PARK SITE RESOLUTION NUMBER 1. Highlands South Central Park #78-32 2. Camelot 3/4 Acre Park #78-29 3. Green Knolls #78-30 WHEREAS, the Resolutions and Deeds contained restrictions and reverters , and WHEREAS, the Park District has represented that said restric- tions and reverters are unacceptable to a pending federal grant application. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS; 1. That any and all restrictions , covenants and reverters placed on the deeds to the hereinbefore mentioned park sites to the BUFFALO GROVE PARK DISTRICT are hereby deleted from said deeds and held for naught. 2. That the President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute new deeds to the three park sites attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" . 3.
