1975-03-03 - Resolution 1975-06 - Prevailing hourly wage ratefor construction RESOLUTION NO. 75- 4;
WHEREAS, Chapter 48 (Section 39s-4) of the Illinois
Revised Statutes requires that the general prevailing
hourly wage rate shall be paid to employees engaged in work
awarded under public contract; and
WHEREAS, the statutes further provide that these
rates be publicly posted and/or kept available for inspection
by interested parties and that a certified copy be filed
with the Secretary of the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook
and Lake Counties and State of Illinois, that:
SECTION 1. It has been ascertained that the
following wage rates are the prevailing hourly rates being
paid to all skilled and unskilled workers engaged in the
construction of streets and other projects under Buffalo
Grove jurisdiction.
