\ GREEMENT
THIS AGREET,ENT made and entered into this 0,7/4214 day of
, 1971, by and between La Salle National Bank, as
T .ustee under a trust agreement dated May 28, 1970, and known as
Trust No. 4U39U, hereinafter called "Developer", and the Village
of Buffalo Grove, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
"Village",

from property owned by it , cid more fully cescribed in Exhibit A
attached hereto , to Dundee Road ; and

agree to aceept the dedication of the road as delineated and
legally described on Said Exhibit A , provided the said road is
constructed ia accordance with all applicable ordinances and
at owner's expense ; alv,

road, known as Arlington ilie4,hts Road south from Dundee Road and
adjoining the property owned by Developer so that ingress and
egress to said Arlington Heights Road may be had from the apart-
ment comple-x included in Developer 's said. p :operty,
HOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the Developer and the
Village as follows :
1 . The Village agrees to accept the dedication of the
said access road from Developer ' s property to Dundee Road as
set forth.
