RESOLVED, that the Village have an official flag to
be used and displayed as such. Said flag, a facsimile
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby declared to be and is adopted as the official flag
of the Village. Said flag shall be in the care and custody
of the Village Clerk.
