1966-01-05 - Resolution 1966-01 - Death of William E. Clohesey that a more permanent and fitting recognition be made. VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE ILLINOIS RESOLUTION WHEREAS, William E. Clohesey was elected the first Village President of the Village of Buffalo Grove on March 7, 1958; and WHEREAS, William E. Clohesey did perform said duties in such a manner as to promote the orderly growth of the Village of Buffalo Grove until April 21, 1959; and WHEREAS, the Village is a much richer Community because of his contribution; and WHEREAS, William E. Clohesey did on January 5, 1966 pass away as peacefully as he lived, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COUNTIES OF COOK AND LAKE, ILLINOIS, that a lasting and belated thank you ,` \ be extended, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a more permanent and fitting recognition be acknowledged, �. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that deepest sympathy be extended to his wife, Paula, the first Village Clerk of the Village of Buffalo Grove, on behalf of the entire Comsunityi- i \ and that in spite of the present shadow, her subsequent life'l, will be as radiant as we know her to be.
