seconded by Trustee t-L CESa A1 to adopt
the following Resolution,
WHEREAS, $80,000.00 of Combined Waterworks and
Sewerage System Bonds dated May 1 1966 have heretofore been
sold, said Bonds being numbered 1 through 16 inclusive, and
WHEREAS, Aribert F. Wild has offered to purchase an
additional $20,000.00 of said issue in order to finance
construction of10061rWistation,
BE IT RESOLVED that $20,000.00 of Combined Waterworks
and Sewerage System Bonds dated May 1 1966 and numbered 17
through 20 inclusive be sold to Aribert F. Wild at an interest
rate of 521, annually and at par plus accrued interest. Said
Bonds have coupons beginning May 1 1967 and subsequent coupons
attached.
The following vote was recorded:
AYES 1.7 NAYES
The President announced that the Resolution was adopted.
CERTIFICATE
I, Dorothy C. Hopkins, hereby certify that I am the
duly elected, qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of
Buffalo Grove, Illinois and that as such am the keeper of the
Village records and seal. The above Resolution is a true and
correct copy of a Resolution passed by the President and Board
of Trustees at a regular meeting held on May 10th 1967 . Said
Resolution is still in force and effect and the Original of
same is part of the records of the Village.
